Shipping and Returns
As each item is handmade by me, processing times may vary. Current processing times are listed below. If an item needs to be shipped sooner, please contact me directly at email@example.com to see if accommodations can be made.
Accessories/ready to ship bags 1-3 business days
Wallets/small bags 3-5 business days
Custom totes/diaper bags 1-2 weeks
Domestic orders will be shipped by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on method chosen during checkout. See below for standard shipping times.
First Class 2-5 business days
Priority 1-3 business days
Please note that major holidays or weather conditions may delay transit.
International orders will be sent via cheapest shipping method, typically First Class International. International orders are not sent with tracking information in order to keep costs down.
International buyers are responsible for any customs/ import taxes that may occur. I am unable to mark items as gifts.
Lost or damaged packages
In the event of loss or damage in transit, a refund or replacement will given with customer cooperation after all avenues have been explored.
Returns and exchanges
While I believe you will be happy with your purchase, customer satisfaction is very important to me! If you would like to return/ exchange for any reason please mail item(s) back within 30 days after delivery in original unused condition.
Upon receipt I will refund the purchase price minus shipping. In the event of damage or error on my part, I will refund purchase price plus shipping. Please notify me by email that you wish to return/ exchange.
